I would definitely recommend as I liked this hotel. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly. The breakfast includes great food, such as yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs and hot waffles. All in all they offer great service.

The manager was very nice.
Parking lot too crowded, difficult to get my car in and out easily. The room was dingy, small, and definitely not worth the money I had to pay; the place was too loud! At 6 am Sunday morning, there were kids running past my window, yelling and screaming. Woke me up when I needed to sleep in. Not happy.

Terrible room with a window but no natural light. Room located under stairs in front of vending machine & very noisy. Completely overpriced for the facilities offered.

we were offered hot waffles, yoghourt, fresh fruit, and eggs in the morning. its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a wide sandy beach was marvellous and comfortable.

The gentleman at the front desk was the same one during our entire stay. He was very helpful and accommodating. We were walking distance to town and the boardwalk. The room was nice and had everything we needed.
All of the towels were thin and scratchy. Breakfast could use a better variety of yogurts for kids (only had Activia). The views here arent much.

Loved spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. The location of the venue was central, very close to Santa Cruz Boardwalk and the sea. Westside Santa Cruz district was worth visiting.
